A crank round sliding block assembly includes a crank (1), a round sliding block (3) or set of round sliding blocks sleeved on the crank pin (1-1-3) of the crank (1) and at least one gasket (2,4) sleeved on the crank pin (1-1-3), wherein at least one gasket (2, 4) abuts against the axial end face of the round sliding block (3) or against the outer axial end face of the set of round sliding blocks. Oil grooves (2-1) are radially arranged on the gasket (2, 4) and the oil grooves (2-1) have oil storage function, thus improving friction state of the adjacent faces of the crank round sliding block assembly. The gaskets with different thickness are chosen according to the real size of the part, meeting the axial dimensional precision requirement of the crank pin. The adjacent faces can be avoided from producing high speed friction by the gaskets. An internal combustion engine and a compressor using the crank round sliding block assembly are also provided.
