A crane module fixing mechanism, relating to the technical field of linear positioning components, and comprising a base (1), a guide rail groove (4) arranged on the base (1), a rolling ball (22) movably connected onto the guide rail groove (4), a rolling ball groove (33) movably connected to upper and lower ends of the rolling ball (22), and a rolling ball fixer (23) movably connected to front and rear ends of the rolling ball (22). The rolling ball groove (33) at the upper end of the rolling ball (22) is arranged at a lower end of a slide block (17). A roller working groove (29) is arranged on a front end surface of the slide block (17). A roller parking groove (34) is arranged in a front end surface of the base (1). A measurement seat (21) is movably connected to a rear end of the base (1) by means of a socket head cap screw (2). A U-shaped groove (13) is fixedly connected to the measurement seat (21). Panels (12) are fixedly connected to the left and right ends of the U-shaped groove (13). In the crane module fixing mechanism, the roller (27) is moved from the roller parking groove (34) to the roller working groove (29) by means of a rotating knurled screw (25), and rolls as the slide block (17) slides, thereby preventing upward and downward jolting of the slide block (17) and extending the service life of the module.
