Abstract:
A cover member 1, including a central portion 1a and an outer peripheral portion 1b located at the outer periphery of the central portion 1a, has: a pair of sheet-like upholstery materials 2a, 2b disposed to face each other; an intermediate layer 3 including at least one of a sound absorption layer 3b and a sound insulation layer 3a; and an outer periphery holding member 4 located at the outer peripheral portion 1b. The pair of upholstery materials 2a, 2b are held by the outer periphery holding member 4 such that the upholstery materials 2a, 2b are stacked one upon another at the outer peripheral portion 1b, and face each other with a space therebetween at the central portion 1a. The intermediate layer 3 is disposed in the space between the pair of upholstery materials 2a, 2b at the central portion 1a.
