Abstract:
A coupling system for utilizing waste heat of flue gas at the tail of a waste heat boiler and heating natural gas, the coupling system comprising: a low-pressure economizer hot water extraction system (1), wherein hot water is extracted from an outlet of a low-pressure economizer (1A) to a first stage heat exchanger (3A) of a natural gas heating system (3), exchanges heat with a natural gas to be cooled down, and is mixed with feed water entering the low-pressure economizer (1A) before returning to the low-pressure economizer (1A); a medium-pressure economizer hot water extraction system (2), wherein hot water is extracted from an outlet of a medium-pressure economizer (2A) to a second stage heat exchanger (3D) of the natural gas heating system (3), exchanges heat with the natural gas to be cooled down, and is mixed with feed water entering the low-pressure economizer (1A) before returning to the low-pressure economizer (1A); and the natural gas heating system (3), wherein the hot water in the first stage heat exchanger (3A) comes from the outlet of the low-pressure economizer (1A), the hot water in the second stage heat exchanger (3D) comes from the outlet of the medium-pressure economizer (2A), and the heated natural gas is delivered to a gas turbine. The coupling system takes into account the full use of waste heat of flue gas at the tail of a waste heat boiler of a combined cycle unit, thus increasing the power generation output and thermal economy of a power plant.
