Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a threaded-rebar coupler for which torque management is easy, without the need to fill a sleeve with grout. [Solution] A coupler 10 is provided with a main cylinder 11 and sub-cylinders 12, 13. An axial hole formed inside the main cylinder is a threaded through-hole H5 that rebar screw ribs M4 screw together with; and on the outer circumference of left and right half barrels of the main cylinder, outer-circumferential threads 6, 7 are formed. These threads have pitches P6, P7 that differ from the thread pitch P4 of the rebar screw ribs M4. In the sub-cylinders, nut sections 14, 15 are formed on unilateral ends of sleeve sections 8 and 9 that cover the outer circumference of the left and right half barrels of the main cylinder; inside the sleeve sections 8, 9 are sleeve inner-circumferential threads F8, F9 that screw together with the outer-circumferential threads 6, 7; and on the nut sections, nut-section female threads F14, F15 that the rebar screw ribs M4 screw together with are formed.
