Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cosmetics information system that enables a user to easily search for other cosmetic products containing a component selected from components contained in one cosmetic product, and to compare, on a screen, information of the one cosmetic product with information of the other cosmetic products. [Solution] This cosmetics information system 1 is provided with: a component display screen generation means 32 for generating a component display screen 60, 80 that shows cosmetics information including the product name and component names of a cosmetic product; and a cosmetic product extraction means 31 for extracting cosmetics information corresponding to an inputted selection from among cosmetics information registered with a cosmetics database 41. When at least one of the component names included in first cosmetics information indicated on a component display screen 60a is selected, second cosmetics information corresponding to the selected component is extracted, and component display screens 60b, 60c including the first cosmetics information and the second cosmetics information are displayed on a display means 22.
