Abstract:
A corrugated tube assembly, comprising a corrugated tube body (1). A right connector (3) and a left connector (4) are respectively connected to either end of the corrugated tube body (1). A thermal insulation tube (2) made of a flexible thermal insulation material is sleeved on the outer side of the corrugated tube body (1). The thermal insulation tube (2) is of an integrated tubular structure. The inner side surface of the thermal insulation tube (2) abuts against the outer side surface of the corrugated tube body (1). The right end of the corrugated tube body (1) has a right connection portion (1a) formed by means of stamping. The right connector (3) is connected to the right connection portion (1a). The right connection portion (1a) has a circular right stop ring (1b) protruding out of the outer side surface of the corrugated tube body (1). The left end of the corrugated tube body (1) has a left connection portion (1c) formed by means of stamping. The left connector (4) is connected to the left connection portion (1c). The left connection portion (1c) has a circular left stop ring (1d) protruding out of the outer side surface of the corrugated tube body (1). The thermal insulation tube in the corrugated tube assembly would not easily detach from the corrugated tube body, thus ensuring the thermal insulation effect and antifreeze function of the thermal insulation tube.
