Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a corrosion-resistant steel and a manufacturing method therefor. The corrosion-resistant steel contains the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.03-0.12% of C, 0.20-0.50% of Si, 0.4-0.9% of Mn, ≤0.018% of P, ≤0.006% of S, 0.2-0.8% of Al, 0.10-0.50% of Cu, 0.3-1.2% of Cr, ≤0.20% of Ni, ≤0.006% of N, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurity elements. The content of Cr and Al meets 1.0≤Cr/Al≤4.0, and the content of Cu, Cr and Al meets Cu+1.22Cr+35.3Al≥9.2. The corrosion resistance of the corrosion-resistant steel of the present disclosure in a soil corrosion environment having a sulfate ion concentration of 300-30000 mg/kg and a chloride ion concentration of 1500-8000 mg/kg can reach six times or above that of plain carbon steel (the corrosion rate is 16.5% lower with respect to that of the plain carbon steel), and the corrosion rate of the corrosion-resistant steel in the atmospheric environment is ≤55% with respect to that of the plain carbon steel, thus meeting the corrosion resistance requirements in various environments.
