Abstract:
The present invention discloses a coreless high-power radial alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous motor, which relates to the field of high-end equipment manufacturing and in particular to the technical field of permanent magnet synchronous motor manufacturing and experiment. The present invention relates to machine tool control device manufacturing, and the technical solution comprises a motor rear-end cover, a tailstock bearing, a motor housing, a motor shaft, an inner rotor, a connecting disc, an outer rotor, a stator winding, a front-end bearing and a motor front-end cover. The stator winding comprises a stator insulation core and a stator coil. The stator winding of the high-speed motor is of a coreless structure by design, and thus eliminates core losses compared to a core structure. An inner rotor-outer rotor structure is used such that the magnetic field of the inner rotor permanent magnet is diffused to the outer rotor. The magnetic density at the stator coil of the alternating-current permanent magnet synchronous motor is increased, and the output torque of the motor is hence increased.
