A copper water pipe elbow having solder, comprising an elbow section (1) and straight pipe sections (2) disposed on both ends of the elbow section (1). Each straight pipe section (2) is provided with an annular solder groove in the circumferential direction, and the solder groove is filled with solder (3) and used for soldering to an external copper water pipe (5). A thin film (4) used for sealing the solder (3) in the solder groove is connected to the opening of each solder groove. The thin film (4) is formed by melting the solder (3), injecting the molten solder into a flat mold to form a thin sheet, and then extending the thin sheet. Also disclosed are a corresponding manufacturing method and soldering method. By using the described technical solution, the external copper water pipe and the copper water pipe elbow can be soldered after being connected together by insertion, and there is no need to perform solder filling on site, no need to remove the sealingly soldered thin film on site, no need to worry about solder falling off due to thin film removal, and no need to worry about the decrease in soldering quality due to impurities formed by the thin film. Therefore, soldering efficiency is greatly increased, and soldering quality is improved.
