Abstract:
Provided is a conveying device reducing the risk of scratching lenses (4), which device belongs to the technical field of lens manufacturing equipment. A first conveyor belt (11) is provided with lens accommodating recesses (111), and the lenses (4) are placed in the lens accommodating recesses (111), such that positioning the lenses (4) relative to the first conveyor belt (11) in a horizontal direction can be ensured. Therefore, when a lens conveying part (1) starts and stops during the process of conveying the lenses (4), movement of the lenses (4) relative to a surface of the first conveyor belt (11) cannot be caused, thereby reducing the risk of scratching the lenses (4). The working principle is as follows: the lenses (4) are conveyed towards a lens transfer device (3) by means of the first conveyor belt (11); when the lenses (4) are conveyed to a transfer position of the lens transfer device (3), the first conveyor belt (11) stops; and a transfer driving device (32) drives a transfer suction nozzle (31) to transfer the lenses (4) from the first conveyor belt (11) into packaging boxes (5) on a second conveyor belt (21) instead of using a traditional method involving placing the lenses (4) into the packaging boxes (5) by coming into contact with the lenses (4) with a hand, thereby avoiding the risk of scratching the lenses (4) in a transfer link.
