Abstract:
A conveying belt tensioning mechanism, comprising a conveying belt (201), a driving pulley (202) and a driven pulley (203), the conveying belt (201) being wound on the driving pulley (202) and the driven pulley (203), and the axis distance between the driving pulley (202) and the driven pulley (203) being adjustable. The tensioning of the transmission belt is completed by changing the axis distance between the pulleys, without the need of providing a tensioning wheel to tension the conveying belt, and therefore, neither of the two side edges of the conveying belt will deform; accordingly, it can be guaranteed that precise transmission of the conveying belt is achieved under the condition that the loose side and tight side alternatively change. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the use and popularization are easy.
