Abstract:
A control valve. The control valve comprises a valve body (1), a valve core (2), and a sealing member (3); the valve body (1) is provided with a valve cavity; part of the valve core (2) and the sealing member (3) are arranged in the valve cavity; the valve core (2) comprises a rotating shaft (21) and a core body (22) connected to the rotating shaft (21); the core body (22) comprises a main body (221) and a flange portion (222); in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (21), the flange portion (222) is located on two sides of the main body (221); the peripheral sidewall of the flange portion (222) is provided with an arc-shaped surface (2221) and a first surface (2222); the sidewall of the sealing member (3) facing the main body (221) is provided with a sealing surface (31) and a second surface (32); the sidewall of the main body (221) facing the sealing member (3) comprises a matching surface (2211). On the vertical section of the control valve, the vertical distance between the arc-shaped surface (2221) and the axis of the valve core (2) is greater than the vertical distance between the first surface (2222) and the axis of the valve core (2). According to the control valve, the duration for which the sealing surface (31) of the sealing member (3) is worn is reduced, wear of the sealing member (3) is retarded, and the service life of the sealing member (3) is prolonged.
