Abstract:
This control valve device is provided with: a valve main body (B) in which is formed an actuator port (1) for connection to an actuator; a communication path (8) formed in the valve main body (B), for communication between the actuator port (1) and a drain port (9); and an on-off valve (V) positioned between the communication path (8) and the drain port (9). The on-off valve (V) is provided with a seat member (13) built into the valve main body (B), an orifice (18) positioned in the seat member (13), and a poppet member (12) for opening and closing a seat part (13a) of the seat member (13).
