Abstract:
A control module and a hydraulic system. The control module comprises: a first control valve (1), which is provided with a first control end (11) and a second control end (12), and is provided with a port a and a port b for conveying pressurized oil to drive a variable-displacement motor (9) to reverse; and a control unit (2), which is provided with a first oil input port and a second oil input port in communication with the first control end (11), and is provided with a first oil output port in selective communication with one of the first oil input port and the second oil input port that has a higher pressure, so as to be in communication with the variable-displacement motor (9), wherein the opening pressure of the first oil output port is greater than the opening pressure of the first oil input port or the second oil input port, and the output pressure of the first control valve (1) can vary in a linear manner along with the higher of control forces which act on the first control end (11) or the second control end (12). By means of the control module, the variable-displacement motor (9) can be effectively protected, and the response speed for variable displacement is also improved; moreover, the displacement variation of the displacement variable motor (9) is stepless, and the operation is convenient.
