Abstract:
In order to solve the problem on the difficulty of forming a standardized incinerator automated control system due to a low degree of automation of an existing waste incineration for electricity generation system and uneven distribution of material layers and flame center deflection found during waste incineration that cause fluctuations in the load of a furnace and affects the stability of an emission indicator, provided is a control method for use in a tilting multilevel forward-pushing waste incinerator, comprising: the distribution of a primary air volume on the basis of the flow rate of steam, the pressure of a steam drum, and the temperature of a drying section grate; the control of a continuous motion of a feeder grate on the basis of the differential pressure of a material layer of the incinerator; the control of a continuous motion of an incineration grate on the basis of the calorific value of the waste and the flow rate of the steam, and the interlocked control of the motion of the incineration grate via the pressure of the steam drum; the control of air supply volumes on either side on the basis of the temperature of the grates; and the control of the distribution of a secondary air volume on the basis of the volume of oxygen and CO (carbon monoxide) at a furnace outlet.
