Abstract:
This control method includes: acquiring target nutrition information (step S110); acquiring initial cooking parameter information to be used in cooking using a cooker (step S120); acquiring during-cooking nutrition information of a cooking object while the cooking is being performed using the cooker (step S150); changing, on the basis of the target nutrition information and the during-cooking nutrition information, the initial cooking parameter information to modified cooking parameter information containing one or more modified cooking parameters (step S180); and outputting control information that includes the modified cooking parameter information (step S190).
