Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce to a minimum the behavior of a clutch that has malfunctioned in a vehicle etc., that has a dual clutch transmission. If a transmission control unit (110) judges that the non-operation of a clutch on the next stage side is non-movement, and if the clutch on the next stage side is malfunctioning and the gear on the previous stage side has been missed, the transmission control unit (110) engages the gear on the previous stage side and then controls the clutch torque capacity on the previous stage side to a prescribed value, and a back torque limiter operates under prescribed conditions and engages the clutch on the previous stage side. In other words, if an odd-number stage clutch has malfunctioned, the control device determines that an even-number stage gear has been dog-engaged, and if the even-number stage gear has not been dog-engaged, the control device dog-engages the even-number stage gear and then engages the even-number stage clutch. If an even-number stage clutch has malfunctioned, the control device determines that an odd-number stage clutch has been dog-engaged, and if the odd-number stage clutch has not been dog-engaged, the control device dog-engages the odd-number stage clutch and then engages the odd-number stage clutch. The control device then performs a final withdrawal operation for the changes to the torque transmission path.
