Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a control circuit, a control method and a semiconductor memory. The control circuit comprises a timing control module and a command control module, and an output end of the timing control module is connected to an input end of the command control module. The timing control module is configured to receive a first clock signal, perform counting according to the first clock signal, generate an error check and scrub (ECS) identification signal, and send the ECS identification signal to the command control module, wherein when a count value meets a preset condition, the ECS identification signal is enabled to be in an effective state. The command control module is configured to receive the ECS identification signal, acquire a refresh command signal when the ECS identification signal is in the effective state, and generate an ECS command signal according to the refresh command signal.
