Abstract:
A contraction connection assembly, a contraction connection structure and a connection method. The contraction connection structure comprises a contraction connection assembly (1), and more than one connected pieces. The contraction connection assembly comprises a connection core rod (2), a contraction sleeve (4) made up of more than two contraction pieces (3) encircling the connection core rod (2), a sleeve (5) used for driving the contraction sleeve (4) to contract, and a limiting mechanism preventing the sleeve (5) and the contraction sleeve (4) from loosening when the contraction sleeve (4) is in a fully contracted state. The connection core rod (2) comprises wedge-shaped holding portions (10), and a positioning holding portion (13). The contraction pieces (3) comprise wedge-shaped holding grooves (17), and tapered surfaces for contraction. An accommodating space for the contraction sleeve (4) is provided in the sleeve (5), and a driving tapered surface is provided on a wall of the accommodating space for the contraction sleeve (4). The structure provides a reliable connection in adverse situations such as those having a large load, heavy vibrations, a high temperature, or alternating variations between high and low temperatures.
