Abstract:
The present invention provides a continuous falling film melting crystallizer. The falling film melting crystallizer comprises a cylinder body, wherein a feeding port and a discharging port are respectively povided in the top and the bottom of the cylinder body; several layers of crystallization zones are sequentially provided in the cylinder body from top to bottom; each crystallization zone is provided with several vertically arranged crystallization tubes; heat exchange tubes are sleeved on the crystallization tubes; the crystallization tubes and the heat exchange tubes of adjacent crystallization zones are in one-to-one correspondence and are in communication with each other; the crystallization tube on the uppermost layer and the crystallization tube on the lowermost layer are in communication with the feeding port and the discharging port, respectively; and the cylinder body is provided with a cold and hot medium inlet and outlet communicating with the top end of the heat exchange tube of each layer of crystallization zone, and a lower portion of the cylinder body is provided with a cold and hot medium inlet and outlet communicating with the bottom end of the heat exchange tube on the lowermost layer. In the present invention, the cold and hot medium inlet and outlet are additionally arranged in the middle of the cylinder body, such that the heat exchange uniformity between a material to be purified and a cold medium in the upper portion and the lower portion of the cylinder body can be improved, and the crystallization uniformity in the upper portion and the lower portion of the cylinder body is further improved.
