Abstract:
A continuous countercurrent extraction device and method for traditional Chinese medicines. A single-screw apparatus is used to convey medicinal materials; a heating apparatus (29), an ultrasonic apparatus (28) and a stirring apparatus (30) are provided to perform continuous countercurrent extraction on traditional Chinese medicines; the continuous countercurrent extraction process is monitored in real time by monitoring a medicinal liquid by means of a second near-infrared spectrum sampling apparatus (18), so as to determine a traditional Chinese medicine extraction end point; and a medicinal material extraction end point is determined by monitoring extracted medicine residues by means of a first near-infrared spectrum sampling apparatus (19). When it is detected that the extraction of the medicinal materials is completed, the medicine residues are continuously discharged by means of the single-screw apparatus, and in the extraction process, a solvent and the medicinal materials continuously enter an extraction tank body (1), and a traditional Chinese medicine extract and the medicine residues are continuously discharged out of the extraction tank body (1), thereby achieving efficient, rapid and economical continuous extraction of traditional Chinese medicines.
