Title:
CONTAINER SHAFT SEAL STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/128535
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a container shaft seal structure that can be used even in a corrosive environment such as seawater or when there is a pressure difference inside and outside of a container in which a rotary shaft pivots, said container shaft seal structure having a variable rotation angle at which a rotation torque does not become excessively large. This container shaft seal structure is provided with: a rotary member (1) that is rotatably supported by a container (3) that isolates an internal space (P) from an external space (G); and a seal member (6), one end of which is integrally fixed to the container (3) and the other end of which is integrally fixed to the rotary member (1), said seal member (6) having sealing properties for sealing the internal space (P) of the container (3) from the external space (G).
