Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of construction waste sorting, and in particular, to a construction waste sorting device and method. The device comprises a first conveyor belt, a vibration sequencing box, a second conveyor belt, a high-pressure jet apparatus, a sorting bin, an image acquisition apparatus, and a processor. The vibration sequencing box enables materials to be arranged along the length direction at a strip-shaped discharge port. A lifting platform of the high-pressure jet apparatus drives each jet port to ascend and descend in the height position, and the jet port blows out high-pressure air to change the falling distance of the materials so as to select to enter a bin body. The image acquisition device captures a distribution image of the materials and a falling image of the materials. The processor sets an initial working parameter of the high-pressure jet apparatus by means of the distribution image of the materials, and adjusts the real-time working parameter of the high-pressure jet apparatus by means of the falling image. The lifting platform descends at a speed close to the free fall, such that the materials remain in the action range of the jet port in the falling process.
