Abstract:
A construction method for a fiber lining surface of an ethylene cracking furnace, comprising the steps: S1, leveling the fiber lining surface; S2, wetting the leveled fiber lining surface; S3, rooting the wetted fiber lining surface; and S4, before the fiber lining surface becomes dry, coating the rooted fiber lining surface with a high-temperature coating, and reserving multiple expansion slits on the fiber lining surface during the coating process. According to the construction method for the fiber lining surface of the ethylene cracking furnace, the high-temperature coating is firmly bonded to the lining, the use process is free from cracking and falling-off, the coating protects the all-fiber lining as intended, and the service life of the lining is thus significantly extended.
