Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a construction machine demonstrating good engine startability under a low temperature environment. This construction machine comprises: an electric pump that has a discharge port connected to the portion of pilot piping connecting a pilot pump and a pilot control valve; a motor that drives the electric pump; and a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of hydraulic oil discharged from the pilot pump. A controller starts the driving of the motor if a key switch is operated from a key OFF state to a key ON state and the temperature of the hydraulic oil measured by the temperature sensor is lower than a predetermined temperature.
