Abstract:
In a pilot discharge pipeline (23), in order to bypass a diaphragm (32), a gate lock valve (27), and a check valve (33) that are provided in order from a pilot pump (16), a bypass pipeline (35) having one end side connected to the pilot discharge pipeline (23) at a location between the pilot pump (16) and the diaphragm (32) and the other end side connected to the pilot discharge pipeline (23) at a location between the check valve (33) and a pressure reducing valve type pilot valve (25) is provided. In the bypass pipeline (35), a lock switching valve (36) is provided which blocks flow in the bypass pipeline (35) of a pilot pressure oil from the pilot pump (16) during a normal time and which allows flow of the pilot pressure oil in the bypass pipeline (35) when pressure generated in the pilot discharge pipeline (23) between the gate lock valve (27) and the check valve (33) exceeds a predetermined pressure.
