Abstract:

A constant flow control device is relatively inexpensive, simple, and compact in size, can be easily processed and assembled, has a reduced possibility of clogging even if the device controls a minute flow rate, does not require maintenance, can highly accurately perform predetermined flow rate control by suppressing a variation in a controlled flow rate due to temperature, and can simultaneously achieve high productivity, high reliability, and highly accurate constant flow rate control. A constant flow rate control device is constructed such that a single opening member (230) of a restricting element (200) has formed therein restricting holes (231-235) and such that fluid is caused to pass through, in sequence, the restricting holes through flow paths formed by pressure chamber forming flow paths (221A, 222A, 223A, 241A, 242A, 243A). The construction causes pressure loss of the entire restricting element (200), through which the fluid passes, to be relatively large, and as a result, when the fluid is controlled to the flow rate same as that controlled by conventional constant flow rate control valves, the effective area of the restriction holes is greater than that of the conventional constant flow rate valves.
