Abstract:
The present application discloses a connector, a machining method and a stimulation system. The connector comprises: a plurality of connecting pieces, a plurality of wires, an upper housing, a lower housing, and a plurality of transmission pieces. The upper housing and the lower housing are made of insulating material, and the upper housing and the lower housing are in butt joint, forming a connection channel used for inserting connecting pieces. In the extension direction of the connection channel, the connection channel has formed thereon a plurality of partition grooves distributed at intervals, each partition groove being used for accommodating one connecting piece. A portion of each transmission piece is inserted in the upper housing or the lower housing, a portion of each transmission piece protrudes from one of the partition grooves and is used for electrically connecting a connecting piece in the corresponding partition groove, and a portion of each transmission piece protrudes from inside the upper housing or outside the lower housing, and is used for electrically connecting at least one wire. The transmission piece passes through the inside and outside of the upper housing or lower housing, and when electrically connected, transmits to the inside and outside of the housing. Such a connector prevents tolerance accumulation of a conductive piece in the channel, and can additionally prevent contact points on the connector from being too centralized.
