Title:
CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF TRADITIONAL THREAD AND EXTERNAL THREAD OF THREAD OUTLINING SYMMETRICALLY AND BIDIRECTIONALLY TAPERED OLIVARY SHAPE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/192558
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A connection structure of a traditional thread and an external thread of a thread outlining a symmetrically and bidirectionally tapered olivary shape, comprising the external thread (9) which forming a helical shape on the outer surface of a columnar body (3), and the complete threaded body unit forming a bidirectionally tapered-frustum body (71) (material entity) in an olivary shape (93) having the left-end conical degree (95) and the right-end conical degree (96) being same and/or approximately same. The external thread has the capability of fitting a traditional internal thread (6), and the fitted internal thread (6) on the inner surface of a cylindrical body (2) outlines a helical special tapered hole (4), and the performance mainly depends on the tapered surface and the conical degrees of the threaded body, solving the problems of poor self-positioning and self-locking of existing threads, etc., and has the following advantage: the internal thread and the external thread outline the tapered body by means of the tapered hole, such that the bidirectionally tapered-frustum body (71) and the special tapered hole (4) form a thread pair (10) with joints of tapered pairs until the inner and outer tapered bodies have helical tapered faces with sizing fit or sizing interference, so as to realize the threaded connection function.
