The present utility model relates to a connection and positioning device for a steel grid plate, comprising a steel grid plate. The steel grid plate has opposite first and second sides, the first side is provided with a positioning hole, the second side is provided with a cylindrical pin, a spring and an installation member, the cylindrical pin is connected to the second side by means of the spring, the cylindrical pin and the spring are fixed to the second side by means of the installation member, the position of the positioning hole is aligned with that of the cylindrical pin, and adjacent steel grid plates are connected to each other by inserting the cylindrical pin into the positioning hole. The beneficial effect of the present utility model is: adjacent steel grid plates are fixedly connected by inserting the cylindrical pin into the positioning hole, and the cylindrical pin is movable by means of the spring, facilitating the installation of the steel grid plates.
