Abstract:
According to an embodiment there is provided a connection lead that interconnects a collector tab of an electrode group and an electrode terminal in a battery. The connection lead comprises a top plate and a leg section. The leg section curves with respect to the top plate to one side in the thickness direction of the top plate, and the bending line at the bending position with respect to the top plate follows the width direction of the top plate. The leg section comprises an extension section positioned separated from the bending position with respect to the top plate. The extension section comprises a side surface that relays between a pair of main surfaces in the outer surface, and that faces one side of the width direction of the top plate. The side surface is joined to the current collector tab.
