Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compact brake caliper assembly connected to a bogie. The assembly comprises a caliper body (1) and a housing. The housing includes a first housing (21) and a second housing, wherein the first housing is connected to the bogie, and the first housing is provided with at least one opening in which a fastener (5) is used to fixedly connect the first housing (21) to the bogie, and the fastener provided within the opening is externally sleeved with at least one protective bushing (6, 7, 8). The protective bushing comprises first bushings (6) arranged at both ends of the fastener, wherein a second bushing (7) is arranged between the two first bushings, and a third bushing (8) is sleeved on an outer side of the second bushing, wherein there is a preset distance between the third bushing and the second bushing in a normal state. In the present invention, a bearing capacity of the first bushing is changed by changing the distance between the second bushing and the third bushing, so that the first bushing does not bear all braking force. By way of an organic combination of a plurality of protective bushings, it is possible to not only achieve a shock absorption effect, but also ensure that the first bushing is not prone to damage.
