Abstract:
A connecting structure comprises a first object, an inserting buckle (2) and a second object, wherein the first object is provided with a connecting channel (14) and a sliding groove (123) perpendicular to the connecting channel (14), a retaining wall (124) and an inserting channel (125) are arranged between the sliding groove (123) and the connecting channel (14), the inserting buckle (2) is arranged in the sliding groove (123), the inserting buckle (2) comprises a sliding inserting buckle body (21) and an inserting sheet (23) suitable for penetrating the inserting channel (125) to extend into or retreat from the connecting channel (14), and the second object is inserted into the connecting channel (14) and is provided with an inserting groove (353) matching the inserting sheet (23). A spray shower head comprises the connecting structure. The spray shower head uses the connecting structure to connect a shower head body and a sprayer, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
