Title:
CONNECTING MEMBER FOR SPIRAL TELESCOPIC CONNECTING PIPE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/076531
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a connecting member for a spiral telescopic connecting pipe, comprising a middle pipe (1), two circular nuts or polygonal nuts (7), a plurality of first ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings (5), and two second ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings (6); said two second ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings (6) are tapered ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings; the two ends of the middle pipe (1) are fixedly connected to tapered threaded inner walls (2); the positions of the two ends of the middle pipe (1) that are near the tapered threaded inner walls (2) are at least provided, sequentially inlaid, with two first ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings (5); the two second ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber rings (6) are adapted, respectively, to the tapered threaded inner walls (2) of the two ends of the middle pipe (1); the two circular nuts or polygonal nuts (7) are screwed tightly onto the two tapered threaded inner walls (2) of the two ends of the middle pipe (1) so as to connect said inner walls. The connecting member uses multiple layers of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber sealing and does not require welding or on-site cutting; the means of connection is freely telescoping, and the length may be freely adjusted according to customer requirements.
