Abstract:
A connecting assembly and a connecting system. The connecting assembly comprises a reinforcing member (1), an eccentric wheel (2) and an insert (3), wherein the reinforcing member (1) is provided with a connecting end (11) and a mounting end (12) which are opposite each other, a connecting channel (13) is formed at an end portion of the connecting end (11), at least one deformation gap (14) is formed on a side wall of the connecting end (11), at least one elastic portion (15) is defined by a part of the connecting end (11) by means of the deformation gap (14), and a fastening protrusion (151) is formed on an outer side wall of the elastic portion (15); a mounting space (16) in communication with the connecting channel (13) is formed on an outer side wall of the reinforcing member (1); the eccentric wheel (2) is rotatably mounted in the mounting space (16); the insert (3) is provided with an insertion channel (31) penetrating two ends of the insert (3), and one end of the insert (3) is inserted into the connecting channel (13) from the connecting end (11); the insert (3) can be switched between a release position and a locking position; and when the insert (3) is switched from the release position to the locking position, at least a part of the elastic portion (15) is driven by the insert (3) to elastically deform and expand outwards. In the present connecting assembly, the reinforcing member (1) can be easily pulled out from a mounting channel (101), thereby realizing convenient operation.
