Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steam boiler that heats water to generate high-pressure steam and supplies the steam to a heat exchanger, thus allowing a large amount of condensate water generated in the heat exchanger to be quickly collected and stably supplied to the boiler. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that a compression space for condensate water is formed by a combination of pipes of 150 mm or less, and thus the condensate water collected from the heat exchanger is compressed and supplied to the boiler without using a pressure vessel that is difficult to regulate. Therefore, a greater amount of condensate water can be stably collected from the heat exchanger and supplied to the boiler by means of the same capacity pump. Also, high-pressure saturated steam included in the condensate water is collected together with the condensate water and supplied to the boiler without discharging the steam to the outside and causing a drop in pressure, and thus the cost of operating the boiler can be significantly reduced.
