Abstract:
Provided is a condensate discharge device (100) with a large condensate discharge capacity and low steam leakage. The condensate discharge device is provided with: an intake pipe (1), which is connected to a main steam pipe and is for drawing in condensate inside the main steam pipe; a condensate-accumulating pipe (2), which is connected to the lower end of the intake pipe (1) and has a built-in filter (14); a water extraction pipe (13), which is provided on the bottom cover (4) of the condensate-accumulating pipe (2) and is provided with an opening and closing valve (5); a discharge pipe (3) provided on the side surface of the condensate-accumulating pipe (2); and a steam-generating nozzle (15), which is exchangeably attached to an attachment hole (8) of the discharge pipe (3) and in which a long hole with a length of 20-40 mm and a pore diameter of 0.2-18 mm has been drilled. Condensate is changed to steam in the steam-generating nozzle (15) and discharged.
