Abstract:
Even if errors of certain extent exist between respective junction surfaces of the main part of a concrete block having a cover plate and the cover plate, the cover plate is placed on the block main part in a self-alignment manner to avoid noise which is caused by the rattling due to the forming errors of the respective junction surfaces of the cover plate and the block main part. The junction surfaces (9) of the block main part (2) are flat planes which are inclined in directions symmetrically with respect to the center line (P) of the concrete block, and the surfaces (14) of the cover plate (3) are the curved surfaces of partial cylinders or have V-shaped cross sections with ridges which have wide angles and protrude toward the junction surfaces (9). The distortion of the cover plate (3) and the errors in the height direction of the junction surfaces (9) of the block main part are automatically absorbed by the shift of the cover plate in a horizontal direction. Further, even if the error of the inclination angle of the flat plane side and the error of the center of curvature or the radius of curvature of the partial cylinder surface side exist, the line contact states between the respective junction surfaces are ensured.
