Abstract:
A concrete batching plant cement tank dust removal apparatus and method, the apparatus consisting of a cement tank (1), a filter box (2) and a water pool (3), the cement tank (1), the filter box (2) and the water pool (3) all being disposed on the ground, a gas outlet opening (4) of the cement tank being disposed at a top part of the cement tank (1), the filter box (2) having disposed therein an air filter cartridge (5), a gas inlet opening (6) of the filter box being disposed at a middle part or an upper part of one side of the filter box (2), a space (7) being disposed between the air filter cartridge (5) and the gas inlet opening (6) of the filter box, a gas outlet opening (8) of the filter box being disposed at a middle part or an upper part of another side of the filter box (2), the gas outlet opening (4) of the cement tank being connected to the gas inlet opening (6) of the filter box by means of a filter inlet pipe (9), and the gas outlet opening (8) of the filter box being connected to the water pool (3) by means of a filter outlet pipe (10). The present apparatus can resolve roof collapse incidents caused by a cement tank (1) being filled with material.
