Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a computing device and a computing node. A housing of the computing node comprises a bottom casing and a top cover, the top cover and the bottom casing being matched to form an accommodation cavity. A jet assembly is used to spray a liquid refrigeration working medium to a component to be cooled, such that on the basis of immersion liquid cooling, the cooling capacity for components having relatively high heat generation amounts can be improved. A nozzle and a second connector of the jet assembly are arranged on the top cover, the second connector being communicated with the nozzle, and a first connector of the jet assembly is located in the accommodation cavity and is communicated with a working medium inlet. The first connector is located in the accommodation cavity and is communicated with the working medium inlet, and the first connector and the second connector can be matched to form a butted communication assembly so as to convey the refrigeration working medium from the bottom casing side to the nozzle. The configuration can make full use of the height dimension of the bottom casing side to configure and form the working medium inlet and a working medium outlet of a refrigeration working medium conveying path, thereby reducing the thickness of the top cover and reasonably controlling the height dimension of the computing node, allowing the use in different application scenarios involving high-density layouts.
