Abstract:
The present invention provides a compression heat dissipation apparatus, comprising a printed board (1), a compression component (4), a cushion pad (3), and a heat dissipation sheet (2). The cushion pad (3) comprises a first cushion pad (31) and a second cushion pad (32); the heat dissipation sheet (2) is arranged on the printed board (1); the first cushion pad (31) is arranged on a heat dissipation copper sheet; the compression component (4) and the printed board (1) are detachably connected to the upper part of the cushion pad (3); the second cushion pad (32) is connected to the compression component (4). The present invention is characterized by further comprising a heat dissipation path (5); the heat dissipation path (5) is connected to the printed board (1) and is arranged between the heat dissipation sheet (2) and the printed board (1). The compression heat dissipation apparatus can be widely applied to heat dissipation installation and uniform compression force installation of most aerospace electronic products, and a distributed installation mode can also be used according to device heat consumption and actual requirements, so that a high-power heating device not only meets the uniform compression force installation requirement, but also can withstand a harsh thermal shock testing environment, thereby prolonging the service life of the high-power device.
