Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a compression circuit, module and method for sequencing data. The compression circuit comprises a data register, a control unit and a memory, wherein the data register is connected to the control unit, and the control unit is connected to the memory. The control unit is used for: receiving nth sequencing data, wherein n≥1 and n is a positive integer; dividing the nth sequencing data into nth first data and nth second data according to a preset rule; acquiring comparison data from the data register; in response to the nth first data being inconsistent with the comparison data, transmitting, to the memory, nth first data, to which a preset mark is added, and the nth second data; updating the comparison data in the data register according to the nth first data; and in response to the nth first data being consistent with the comparison data, transmitting the nth second data to the memory, wherein the memory is used for outputting stored data. By means of the present application, the transmission efficiency of sequencing data can be improved, and the transmission delay of the sequencing data can be reduced.
