Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and particularly relates to a comprehensive-sensing air circuit breaker. A smart controller of a control system of the comprehensive-sensing air circuit breaker comprises an MCU circuit. A circuit breaker self-inspection module of the smart controller comprises: a current sampling circuit, which comprises a mutual-inductor disconnection detection circuit used for detecting a connection state of an air-core mutual inductor; an iron-core mutual-inductor operating current measurement circuit, which is used for monitoring an output current of an iron-core mutual inductor; an electromagnetic-release disconnection detection circuit, which is used for detecting a connection state of an electromagnetic release of an execution unit; an auxiliary-power-source voltage measurement circuit, which is used for detecting an input state of an auxiliary power source for supplying power to a short-circuit protection mechanism; an energy storage readiness detection circuit, which is used for detecting an energy storage state of an energy storage operation mechanism; and a releasing state detection circuit, which is used for detecting a releasing state of the air circuit breaker. The circuit breaker self-inspection module of the comprehensive-sensing air circuit breaker can perform self-inspection on the operating state of the air circuit breaker, such that reliable and stable operating of the air circuit breaker is ensured.
