Abstract:
Provided are: a composition in which cannabinoids can readily be dispersed in a solvent and which is not readily discolored even when the cannabinoids are dispersed in the solvent, the composition moreover making it possible to enhance the stability with which the cannabinoids are dispersed in the solvent even in a high-temperature state; a method for producing the composition; and a surfactant. This composition contains cannabinoids and a sucrose fatty acid ester, the average degree of esterification of the sucrose fatty acid ester being 1.00-1.15. This composition is exceptional in terms of the dispersiveness of the cannabinoids in the solvent, is not readily discolored even when the cannabinoids are dispersed in the solvent, and moreover is exceptional in terms of the stability of dispersion in the solvent even in a high-temperature state.
