Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition containing the following (1) for use with the following (2). (1) At least one peptide compound selected from the group consisting of the following (i), (ii) and (iii): (i) a peptide compound containing one or more N-substituted amino acid residues; (ii) a peptide compound having a ClogP of 4-25 inclusive; and (iii) a peptide compound having a solubility in a 50 mM phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.5) of 10 mg/mL or less at 37°C and 1 atm. (2) At least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of the following (iv) and (v): (iv) a surfactant having a straight-chain alkylene structure, said alkylene structure having 5-13 inclusive carbon atoms; and (v) a surfactant having a carnitine residue.
