Abstract:
A composite yarn, and a production method therefor and a use thereof. According to the method, staple nanofibers spun by an electrospinning mechanism pass through a specific guide plate (12) having meshes for treatment, and then the freshly spun staple nanofibers are subjected to longitudinal and transverse actions, so that a helical state of the staple nanofibers shown when the staple nanofibers are freshly spun is changed, and the staple nanofibers become straight, pass through the meshes under the action of gravity or preferably under the action of gravity and other external forces, and then can be arranged side-by-side with or approximately side-by-side with conventional yarns, thereby obtaining a more regular compounding mode. In addition, by controlling relative motion states of spinning needles (4), the guide plate (12), and the conventional yarns, the staple nanofibers are continuously and evenly distributed on the conventional yarns, and an ideal compounding quantity is obtained. Therefore, the produced composite yarn has the advantages of a large specific surface area, good air permeability and the like, high strength is achieved, the yarn is stiff, the hairiness phenomenon is greatly inhibited, the surface smoothness is high, and the composite yarn is suitable for production of functional clothes.
