Abstract:
The present invention provides a composite sliding bearing. Two sides of an outer ring are each provided with a sealing groove, a sealing ring being installed in each sealing groove; an end surface of the outer ring is provided with a ball-loading notch, an inner ring is installed in the outer ring by means of the ball-loading notch, and a sealing piece is installed on the ball-loading notch; the outer ring and the inner ring form a spherical friction pair, the spherical friction pair using a self-lubricating mode or an oil lubrication mode, the service life can be prolonged by adding an anti-friction coating or a wear-resistant coating between an inner spherical surface of the outer ring and an outer spherical surface of the inner ring, and the impact resistance of a product can be improved by appropriately reducing the substrate hardness while using the wear-resistant coating. Anti-friction design may be performed for an outer diameter and an inner diameter of the inner ring, so as to protect a mounting seat hole and a mounting mandrel. The anti-friction design comprises self-lubricating anti-friction, oil lubrication anti-friction, coating anti-friction, and oil lubrication anti-friction + coating anti-friction; the sealing ring and the sealing piece are configured to be able to prevent external impurities from entering a working area, thereby prolonging the service life of the bearing.
