Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a composite sheet for injection packaging, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The composite sheet for injection packaging comprises a printing layer, a middle layer and a heat sealing layer, which are sequentially arranged. The heat sealing layer is composed of a composite layer, a core layer and an inner layer, which are sequentially arranged, wherein the material of the composite layer comprises a combination of linear low-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, the material of the core layer comprises a combination of linear low-density polyethylene and a cycloolefin polymer, and the material of the inner layer comprises metallocene polyethylene. Polyethylene and a cycloolefin polymer are selected and matched for use as main materials of the heat sealing layer, such that the obtained composite sheet for injection packaging has a high peel strength and heat sealing strength, and also has good moisture resistance and can guarantee that an injection packaging bag obtained by means of molding the sheet has a low water vapor permeability and a low content weight loss ratio during use, and also has a high pressure bearing capacity and wide application prospects.
