Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite profile, and belongs to the technical field of building components. The composite profile comprises a metal core material and a coating layer; the coating layer coats the periphery of the metal core material, and an adhesive layer is provided between the metal core material and the coating layer, and is obtained by melting and curing a hot melt adhesive. According to the present invention, a melt co-extrusion process is adopted, and the hot melt adhesive and plastic are sequentially extruded on the surface of the metal core material; and the composite profile prepared by means of the co-extrusion process are good in forming degree and high in interlayer bonding strength.
